PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Casting directors are seeking extras in the Atlanta area to work on an upcoming scene of the third installment of Barbershop.

The new feature film will be directed by Malcolm D. Lee, while Ice Cube and Cedric the Entertainer will be making a comeback in the new sequel. However, the plot of the project is yet to be divulged.

When the first Barbershop movie went out in 2002, it won the hearts of the viewers and grossed $75 million. Its sequel was released in 2004 with $65 million in total earnings. So far, the franchise received positive reviews from different critics and sources.

As they continue to film in Atlanta, they will need Caucasian men and women, aged 25–35 years, who can easily pull off an Italian look for featured roles in an upcoming scene.

Meanwhile, they want to cast a 13- to-15-year-old African American boy to play as a bully, while they also seek an African American boy and girl babies from six to nine months old. Twins are preferred but not necessary.

Also, African American female models are also welcome to apply. What they are looking for are those who have an hourglass figure, while an Asian woman in her early 50s to late 60s is also needed for a background role.

Real African American high school students are sought for production. You must be from 14 to 17 years old to be recognized for the part.

They are also on the lookout for a look-alike of Iggy Azalea. You must possess the same face and body features of Azalea to qualify.

The role of a news reporter is open to any blonde Caucasian actress in her mid 50s to early 60s, while they want to cast 24-to-40-year-old men and women with athletic build to play as secret service agents. You must provide your own wardrobe — black suit, white dress shirt, and black dress shoes.

If you are interested to take part in the production of the said film, click the ‘Apply for This Job’ button below to submit your application on or before May 28, 2015.
